Armed with an MBA degree earned in 2006, Jiangnan has honed his skills and expertise to become a trusted leader in the field. With a proven track record of success and a deep understanding of the intricacies of the Retail & Restaurant landscape, Jiangnan has made significant contributions to the growth and profitability of numerous Retail & Restaurant businesses throughout his career.

Xiaole Zhang

Legal Consultant

Ms. Zhang is one of the firm’s partners in our New York Headquarter Office of Reid & Wise LLC. She focuses her practice on immigration law and corporate law, representing both public and private companies in connection with security offerings, financing transactions, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters.

As leader of the firm’s US investment immigration team, Ms. Zhang has in-depth expertise and experiences in planning all employment-based green card application and navigating around potential minefields of immigration regulations. She is also adept at assisting clients to deal with complex USCIS and US embassy procedures. Ms. Zhang has developed a set of EB-5 visa petition protocols that help our high-net-worth investors navigate through the complex EB-5 visa process. Ms. Zhang keeps 100% approval rate for all her EB-5 visa petitions.

Ms. Zhang received her Bachelor of Law from University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China. Subsequently, she was awarded the Thelma L. Shaffer Scholarship and attended University of Iowa College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Master of Law (LL.M.) Degrees. Ms. Zhang is a native speaker of Mandarin and she is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.

Renowned as a Western cuisine specialist, Xiaoming has not only excelled as a restaurateur but also dedicated himself to sharing his expertise as an esteemed educator. He serves as a prominent teacher at the Fuzhou Chef School and holds esteemed positions within professional associations, including membership in the Fujian Catering and Culinary Industry Association, as well as the role of a senior judge in the Western Cuisine division of the Chinese Vocational Skills Assessment Center.
